- (2008-)ZODIAC (Zero Outage Dynamic Intrinsically Assurable Communities)
ZODIAC develops a "clean-slate" approach to mobile ad hoc networking with
a particular emphasis on security based on a novel security and communications building block, the Dynamic Community of Interest (DCoI). Acting as technical lead for the Policy Subsystem which provides system flexibility and ensures operation security.
This is a response to DARPA IAMANET program.
- (2006-)IEEE 802.21 MIH
Media Independent Handover (MIH) defines a set of tools for mobility
management component on a multiple network interface device to perform
the network selection decisions. Acting as assistant editor for the Working
Group and secretary for the Security Study Group.
- (2006-)Internet Technologies Supporting Universal Mobile Operations (ITSUMO)
Toshiba and Telcordia joint research project on interoperability between
different network access on availibility, connectivity, and security
for mobile devices. Acting as system architecture design and technical lead.

Ensuring the Security, Regulatory Compliance and High Availability of
IP Networks. Act as system architecture designer and technical consultant.
- 2005-2006 Vulnerability and Compliance Assessement System (VCAS)
Analyze enterprise network for vulnerability and business policy compliance
via device configuration. This system not only assess the state of the art
best practices for each Internet Technology, but also analyze accross
technology. Acting as system engineer and integrator.
