Authors are invited to submit original unpublished papers that are neither accepted nor submitted elsewhere.
Full papers are limited to 8 pages. Short position papers are also solicited.
All papers should be formatted using the two-column IEEE Computer Society Conference Formatting Instructions.
Authors are kindly reminded of the IEEE policy on publications and the five levels of plagiarism defined by the IEEE. These rules will be strictly enforced. In particular, self-plagiarized papers will be rejected without further ado.
All papers should be submitted in PDF format.
Please register as authors and submit your papers via email to the conference organizing committee (rladdaga@bbn.com, salex@research.telcordia.com, and jms@cis.upenn.edu). The exact deadlines are at 11:59pm Hawaii time (HST).
