To obtain my Ph.D. Dissertation:

Unfortunately, chapter 4 (which is what most people
are interested in) takes 12 MB because of the plots
of the video trace which are included.  Therefore
it's not available by ftp.  If you haven't read
the Sigcomm version, I suggest you start there, since
it contains the majority of chapter 4:
