Petros Mouchtaris is Executive Director, Internet Services Research for Telcordia Applied Research. His interests aslo include signaling, multimedia services and networks control. Petros in the past has managed development groups at Pacific Bell and Oracle.

Petros Mouchtaris received his MS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology and his Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece.
